Refund & Shipping Policy

This Refund & Shipping Policy applies solely to purchases made through Blue Lotus Letters.
Subscription Mailings
Blue Lotus Letters offers subscription-based mailings and other stationery-related products.
Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of subscription mailings, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a mailing has been prepared, processed, or shipped.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Failure to enjoy the contents of a mailing
- Failure to update a shipping address
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Failure to open or review delivered materials
- Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel future renewals at any time.
Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Cancellation of a subscription will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund of payments already processed.
Lost Mail
If a mailing does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
While Blue Lotus Letters cannot guarantee delivery once an item has been transferred to a shipping carrier, we understand that mail may occasionally be lost.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement mailing when inventory and materials are available.
Replacement requests may require verification of the shipping address provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging when possible.
We may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Another reasonable resolution determined on a case-by-case basis
- Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that differs from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will work with you to correct the issue through replacement, store credit, or another appropriate solution.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products, downloads, printable materials, and digital resources are final.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be provided once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
Shipping Information
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Blue Lotus Letters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
