Sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes. Many clients meet weekly or biweekly depending on their needs and availability.

Yes. All sessions are currently virtual for clients located in New York and California.

We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you want support with, and what goals feel meaningful for you. The first session is a space to begin gently and decide what support could look like.

Therapy length varies by person. My work is usually structured and goal-oriented, with room to revisit what is helpful as your needs change.

Yes. I accept insurance through Headway, including Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I provide virtual therapy for clients located in New York and California.
