Blue Lotus Psychotherapy may provide services through secure telehealth platforms, including Headway and Doxy.me.

While reasonable safeguards are used to protect privacy and confidentiality, no electronic communication system can guarantee absolute security.

Clients are encouraged to participate in telehealth sessions from a private location whenever possible.

Your Rights Regarding Your Health Information

Psychotherapy notes receive additional protections under federal law.

Most uses and disclosures of psychotherapy notes require your written authorization unless otherwise permitted or required by law.

Notify affected individuals when required by law following certain breaches of unsecured protected health information
